Admission to new students in various classes shall be given during the second week of December and will be kept open until April except in case of admission of transfer from a central or recognized English Medium School having similar pattern of academic year and course as of this school. Such pupil shall be admitted at anytime during the academic year depending upon the availability of seats. In such cases, the gap between leaving the previous school and joining this school should not ordinarily be more than a month.
Applications for admission are to be made in the prescribed form with copies of the parent’s & child’s passport with Valid Iqama, Original Transfer Certificate (from Grade 2 and upwards), 6 recent photographs of the child (6x4 cm size), copy of Health Certificate/Vaccination Card, and copy of Birth Certificate of the student.
Registration form and prospectus can be obtained on all working days from the office on payment of SAR 100.
Applicant is expected to fill the required information in the admission form and submit along with the required documents to the Administrative Office.
Class I to VI – English and Math
The school will declare the result within a week’s time and the same will be intimated to the parents.
If the child/children qualify in the entrance test, the parents along with the child/children should meet the Principal/ Vice Principal / Head Mistress for the allotment of Class & Section.
After obtaining the Principal/ Vice Principal / Head Mistress’ signature of approval, the fees as prescribed in the prospectus may be deposited at the cash counter.
